Real code. Straight from the terminal.

B. Aufnahme / Schnitt / Voice-Over / Untertitel)

Agentic 2.0: coding with remote control

Four months ago I ran 38 Claude Code instances across four projects. Then I built a ticket system mostly from my iPhone, steered by lead sessions that wrote briefs, ran gates and asked me for one word at a time. It worked, but the orchestration layer was bigger than the work needed.

So I rebuilt the idea in Rails with one rule set: one brief per screen, one fresh Sonnet 5.5 session per brief, and nothing counts as done until it has been opened and used in Chrome. Nine screens in a bit over two hours. A separate grading session then judged the result, and the app tracked its own next milestones.

You'll see real sessions, phone screenshots, and the files that let any new session pick up where the last one stopped.
